Apply for This Job Pastor of Worship Kalihi Union Church Honolulu, HI Posted: December 12, 2016     Job Information: Kalihi Union Church is a strong body of believers with a long heritage located on the island of Oahu. The church has a rich history in the community and around the island. Known for their heavy involvement in missions, strong Biblical teaching and quality worship through music and the arts, KUC is one big family of all ages and diverse ethnic backgrounds. We are presently in the middle on the design of a new worship space that will seat 500+. Lots of things in the works in the area of technology, website, branding, and so much more. KUC presently has two worship services. One Classic service led by our Classic Worship Pastor and one contemporary service which will be the focus of this position. A third, more contemporary service, is in the near future. We have several other diverse congregations that meet on our large campus. Tons of opportunity for the next Worship Pastor. We are looking for a gifted Worship Pastor with 3-5 years of experience in a church of 300 or more. Some who leads from either guitar or piano. Must love serving alongside people of all ages and be more than a musician. Hawaii is a beautiful and yet challenging place to live and serve. Multi-generational and ethnical background experience is a huge plus.
