About ARC
The Addiction Recovery Coalition (RC) Was founded by members of Renew Church, but exists as its own non-profit organization under the Souhegan Valley Community Development Corporation (SVCDC). Drug addiction for young people in New Hampshire is at an epidemic level and God has called our church to take action. Under the SVCDC, we have built an addiction recovery home and we are now seeking a male who is like-minded in the Christian faith to help men recovering from addiction and act as a mentor.
Job Title: House Manager
Location: 200 Acre Farm - Hancock, NH 03449
Compensation: $50K/year including utilities, housing, and food. House manager may have other part time or full time employment.
Job Description
Recovery residences or sober houses are an interim step on the path to sobriety where people recovering from addiction can live in a supervised and sober environment with structure and rules, i.e. mandatory curfews, chores and therapeutic meetings. ARC Recovery Residences provides safe, affordable, sober and drug free living for 12 to 18 months after a detoxification and intensive treatment program. We believe the typical 30 to 90-day intensive drug treatment approach, while helpful, is simply not enough for most suffering with addiction to build the foundations and daily accountability necessary for permanent recovery. ARC recovery homes utilize spiritual solutions for addiction using the 12 steps of AA.
