Would prefer Pastor to have seminary training but open to an experienced teacher with a good command of the Scriptures. A good communicator and counselor. Ready to lead a committed body. We are a congregation of approximately 150-175. We launched in 2007. Grew steadily to about 550 two years ago, then lost our teaching pastor about 18 months ago. Our associate pastor took over as teaching pastor and had to recently leave for family reasons. We have a solid core of Jesus followers desiring to carry out the great commission. We are family and predominately a younger congregation. Located in St. Joseph, Missouri, a city of approximately 75,000. We are about 40 minutes north of Kansas City.
