Job Information:
This full time position is responsible for implementing Biblically based, relevant, engaging, and age-appropriate programming for female students.
Specific Duties Include:
Creating a culturally relevant and engaging atmosphere that will attract students of diverse backgrounds, with the goals of helping them grow as disciples who Know Christ, Grow in Christ and Go for Christ
Reaching out to 6th-12th grade girls, connecting with them and helping them to grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ
Experience with and willingness to relate and engage with students from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
Overseeing, developing, caring, and encouraging Middle school Lifegroup Leaders by implementing and instilling ADVANCE mission, vision, strategy, and values
Managing the size, culture, and dynamic of all Middle school girls' Lifegroups
Overseeing the volunteer recruitment process for both student and adult Hospitality and Lifegroup Leaders
Developing and maintaining relationships with the parents of teenagers
Providing pastoral presence and crisis care for female students and parents at ADVANCE and in the community
Facilitating and maintaining partnerships with local middle and high schools
Designing and leading Lifegroup Leader weekly meetings and quarterly trainings
