Neshaminy Valley Baptist Church (NVBC) is seeking a full or part time Worship Director. This position will oversee all music/worship programs that are part of the ministries of NVBC (e.g.: Sunday morning worship, AWANA, Children’s Church, VBS, etc.). The Worship Director will report to the Senior Pastor and be accountable to the Deacon Board.
We are looking for someone whose personal worship while leading expresses joy, passion and energy while motivating and engaging the congregation to worship together with them. *A full-time candidate will be expected to serve in additional church ministries as God has equipped them.
NVBC is a simple, loving congregation that embraces people from all walks of life and ethnic/social backgrounds. Our desire is to see the Lord Jesus Christ glorified by our lives individually and as a local Body. Many have found healing and restoration in our fellowship. We love and utilize many different components in worship and musically enjoy styles from hymns to choruses however, we are particularly interested in someone who is strong in contemporary music.
