Fincastle is the County seat of Botetourt County and is a suburb of Roanoke, VA. Fincastle Baptist Church is a contemporary, family oriented church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia. Fincastle Baptist Church recently completed a $2.5 million dollar building project to strengthen its outreach and is planning to complete a new 1000 seat worship center in 2017 with a new 10,000 square foot youth center to follow. FBC has an average Sunday morning attendance of 650 – 750. The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, energetic and passionate about student ministry, married and has a minimum of a bachelor's degree with two years full time ministry experience.
