Join us as we pursue our vision “to discover Christ and display His transforming power.” Western Springs Baptist Church (WSBC) is seeking a full-time Minister of Worship and Music to lead us in genuine worship that focuses on God and gives Him glory. Purposefully diverse with a blended musical style, our vibrant worship ministry includes choir, worship Band, as well as a wide variety of instrumentalist and vocalists. We are blessed with many talented and active participants of all ages from throughout the congregation. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and directing our full scopeof corporate worship ministries. With prior experience leading congregational worship as well as musical training and education, the candidate will thoughtfully plan weekly worship services and provide leadership and vision to the worship ministry. WSBC is an unaffiliated Baptist church (300-350 attendance) with a strong scriptural and evangelical emphasis located in a western suburb of Chicago.
