Apply for This Job Pastor to Youth First Baptist Church - Tempe Tempe, AZ Posted: November 30, 2015     Job Information: Job duties and responsibilities: Full-Time Pastor to Junior High and High School students and their parents. Evangelize, disciple and mentor the youth 7th to 12th grade. Evangelize, disciple and mentor the parents of youth 7th to 12th grade. Develop meaningful relationships with 5th and 6th graders and leaders in Children's Ministry. Envision, outreach, organize, plan, teach, evaluate, lead and recruit many adult parents and leaders to embrace and mentor the youth and their parents to mentor other students and parents. Report to and communicate regularly with the Senior Pastor. Provide a meaningful Youth Ministry program with the continued input of students, parents and church leaders. Meet with Church Staff and other pastors regularly. Qualifications: Passionate for God, Jesus and the Bible. Passionate for youth and their parents. Wisdom yet teachable. High energy. Bachelor degree at least Strong knowledge of the Bible Team player not a lone ranger pastor Loves to teach the Bible well. Strong recruitment skills. Respects and values parents. Loves the local church. Expectations: Transparent and honest Humility. Responsible. Advance short-term missions locally and international. Teachable.
