Job Information:
We are actively searching for the new Senior Pastor whom God has prepared to lead, guide, and minister to the congregation of Lakeside Baptist Church (LBC). The senior pastor of LBC shall serve as its Christ led spiritual shepherd. His primary role shall be preaching, teaching, and training the congregation. In collaboration with the deacon and trustee boards, his oversight shall include supervising and mentoring a staff of pastors, as well as helping the congregation to develop their spiritual gifts and grow in their love for and dependence upon the Lord Jesus Christ. He should be ready to affirm the authority of the Scriptures and exalt Biblical principles to encourage the congregation.
Requirements: Meets the Biblical requirements of an elder found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9 B.A. or greater theological degree from an accredited Bible college or seminary Ordained minister with a minimum of five years in full time pastoral ministry and church leadership Agreement with the Lakeside Baptist Church Statement of Faith
