Apply for This Job Senior Pastor Tipton Baptist Church Tipton, PA Posted: September 30, 2015     Job Information: The Tipton Baptist Church located in Tipton, Pa in south central Pennsylvania is looking for a senior pastor to be the leader of the ministries of TBC. The church has 130 to 170 attenders weekly plus an active preschool and daycare ministry. The senior pastor is to be the spiritual leader of the church. He is responsible to the LORD to primarily proclaim the gospel and teach the Bible. He is also to engage in pastoral care, provide supervisory leadership in all areas and administrate the paid and volunteer staff.
