The Church has traditional-style worship services, contemporary-style worship services, and four foreign language worship services each Sunday morning. FBCSA is currently searching for a Youth Minister. The Youth Minister will partner with Church staff in planning, scheduling, and leading youth ministry programs including Sunday morning bible study, weekly worship, and teaching, retreats, camps, mission trips, etc. This Minister also enlists, trains, evaluates, and nurtures volunteer leadership in support of these programs and the overall implementation of our Church's NextGen Ministry Strategy and Values. The Youth Minister will develop methods of discipleship through both large- and small-group ministry programs, accountability groups, and the mentoring of students. This position requires a degree from an accredited college, university, or seminary preferably with an area of focus in ministry to youth. Experience with a multigenerational Church is preferred and youth ministry context within a Church with similar membership and staff framework to FBCSA is a plus.
