The Executive Pastor will support and partner with the Senior Pastor by leading and managing the executive staff, effectively implementing the vision of the church. The Executive Pastor will also oversee church operations and adult leadership development. We are an Evangelical Free Church of 1100 attendees in Frederick County, MD. We currently have 3 weekend services (1 on Saturday night and 2 on Sunday morning).
