Apply for This Job Director of Children's Ministry (South Park) Forest Hill Church Charlotte, NC Posted: January 21, 2016     Job Information: Director of Children's Ministry (South Park) This full time person will be responsible for developing all aspects of ministry for children's ministry environments at Forest Hill South Park. Additionally, this position is responsible for contributing to the leadership of Kids@FHC at all campuses. Specific Duties: Serve as member of the Leadership Team for Kids@FHC Global, with specific tasks and management responsibilities. Oversee and manage all aspects of children's ministry at Forest Hill South Park. Help develop and minister to families at Forest Hill South Park Recruit, hire and develop all staff for Kids@FHC at Forest Hill South Park and the Global Creative Team. Participate as the leader of the Kids@FHC creative team, helping plan curriculum and creative teaching strategy for all campuses- Big Kids and Little Kids environments Help develop Kids@FHC staff and volunteers Participate as a member of the leadership team at Forest Hill South Park Qualified candidates will be passionate about sharing the gospel with children, highly relational, and have the ability to communicate effectively with parents and adult volunteers. Experience in an educational setting and/or Forest Hill children's environments preferred. Previous management experience required. Pastoral training and experience are highly preferred.
