Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Seminary training with concentration in music, choral and worship ministry preferred Pastor/shepherd's heart with passion for God, God's people, God's Word, as well as lost and unchurched Experience in coordination and leadership of worship service Business knowledge and computer skills for preparation of music ministry budget Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and lead weekly worship as well as special events Direct a 35 member choir.
