Worship attendance is 130 with a good mix of ages. Church has a heart for compassion, outreach, missions, strengthening families and discipleship. We paid off our new building in 2014. We are looking for our first-ever Associate Pastor. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in ministry or in progress. Character: Life should reflect the qualities of church leaders listed in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. Experience: Track record of leadership in a local church. Temperament: Ability to relate to and work with people of all ages in a wide array of social, educational and economic situations and backgrounds. Duties: Youth: Develop and provide oversight for ministry to youth and their parents. Discipleship: Provide oversight, including recruiting and training leaders for existing system of Life Groups. Emphasis on younger adults. Preaching: Approximately eight times a year. Social Media: Oversight for website and other media avenues.
