We have an amazing Sunday morning program well underway. We are looking for someone with a strong management skills and passion to see children grow into mature disciples. At OB One Kids we desire to partner with parents as they seek to raise their children in a manner that pleases God. We yearn to see children experience and passionately know Jesus as they protect God's word din their hearts. We want them to learn to serve others selflessly. Our motto at OB One Kids is "Partnering with parents to create Christ followers." We want our new Children's Director to embody this vision. General Description: This position is full-time, 40 hours with benefits. The Children and Family Ministry Director is responsible for guiding and leading our largest ministry at OB One. It is the responsibility of the Children's director to maintain excellence in Sunday morning programing. We are also looking to this position to develop community outreach into Ocean Beach while deepening relationships among our current attenders. Ideas might be starting Awanas groups on-site, weekly community outreach, and monthly "fun" nights for families.
