This is a full time position with commensurate salary and benefits. We are looking for someone with: a maturing faith in Jesus Christ (not perfection, but movement toward it). 1 - 2 years of youth ministry experience. a college diploma (or equivalent, preference given to Biblical/theological studies in undergrad work). a strong call to ministry as a vocation. a personal theology that is compatible with United Methodist (Wesleyan/Arminian) theology. an aptitude for teaching/preaching. strong organizational and communication skills. social media prowess. a creative and flexible personality. the ability to work a ministry driven schedule which includes Sundays and Wednesdays plus other nights of the week as needed.
