Apply for This Job Worship Leader The Ark Fellowship Cypress, TX Posted: February 14, 2015     Job Information: The Ark fellowship is a growing, multi-racial church located in Cypress Texas (Houston suburb) with a TV ministry to several countries in Africa. We are looking for a worship leader to oversee all aspects of worship including Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services, bi-monthly prayer meetings and other church activities and special events requiring the services of a worship leader. Applicants must be proficient vocally, instrumentally and be able to read and write cord charts and notation for vocal and instrumental parts. Applicants must also provide strong references who can attest to applicant's character and humility, both, as a team-player and as a team-builder. An appropriate depth of reverence, passion, and compassion in worship leading is a must. REQUIREMENTS *Must have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and display Christian character. *Must be Spirit-filled *Some experience as a Worship Leader *Ability to lead with strong vocal and instrument proficiency. *Willing and able to be diverse in music styles *Able to lead the praise team *Able to arrange music so that it is creative and flows smoothly. *Must be a team builder, teachable and easy to work with. *Video editing experience is a PLUS *Formal musical education preferred but not required for consideration.
