We're looking for someone with a passion for telling stories through images and a conceptual thinker who is able to take creative concepts from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is extremely passionate about Jesus. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish goals and projects.
Primary Responsibilities Find great stories Create, shoot, and edit video content for the ministries of Cornerstone Fellowship Work with Creative Arts Director to accomplish media projects
Basic Personal Responsibilities Uphold biblical priorities in life: God, family, ministry Commitment to growing as a personal follower of Jesus Agree with the mission, vision, and doctrinal statement of Cornerstone Fellowship
Qualifications Self-motivated and strong work ethic Team player and functions well in a collaborative environment Skilled in storyboarding and shooting/editing video Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in media Experience with DSLR cameras and lenses Highly organized and ability to work well with deadlines Artistically creative and innovative Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop (motion graphics is a plus) Competent and versatility of skills and knowledge in video, lighting, and audio technology (web experience is a plus) Interested in learning new techniques and tools
Working Relationships All Cornerstone Fellowship staff members are ultimately accountable to the Senior Pastor. The Filmmaker will report to the Creative Arts Director.
Compensation To be determined by Senior Pastor. Salary will be based on current wage scales for similar positions in similar size churches.
