The primary focus of this position is the development and oversight of all ministries to junior and senior high youth with the goal of helping them find faith in Christ and develop into Christ-like disciples. These responsibilities also include equipping families to provide Christian leadership within their homes. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with strong leadership skills who is an engaging Bible-centered teacher; who possesses strong interpersonal and organization skills; who is theologically sound, and who has experience developing/maintaining a high quality youth ministry.
