First Baptist Church of Poinciana First Baptist Church of Poinciana is looking for an experienced part-time worship leader. We are a multi-cultural, multi-generational church of approximately 400 in worship attendance. The ideal candidate will be able to play the keyboard or guitar, have a strong, quality singing voice, and be able to lead a band and a choir. The person must be able to write and teach musical parts, organize cantatas, and be able to perform the latest in contemporary praise and worship music as well as classic hymns. A proficiency in Power Point and Media Shout (or equivalent) is a must. Additional responsibilities will also include lighting, audio and visual, and keeping the church website updated. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading people into the presence of God through worship. Our vision as a church includes becoming a church known for its powerful worship and to one day help other churches develop inspiring worship programs. The selected candidate will be a mature Christian who lives a Christ honoring life. The person will be in agreement with First Baptist's Statement of Faith and Vision Statement.
