Apply for This Job Executive Director PASS Network for Life Tinley Park, IL Posted: August 09, 2014     Job Information: The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration, financial management, and day-to-day operations of PASS. The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and work with the Board to establish the organization's future direction. Organization: PASS is a not-for-profit ministry whose outreach is four-fold: - To serve women and men in crisis pregnancy with life affirming choices and support. - To provide life skills training through our earn-while-you-learn program, equipping single moms and single dads, or new parents with parenting and life preparation class. - To provide quality abstinence education to local school systems. - To provide an opportunity for emotional and spiritual healing with the help of skilled facilitators. General Responsibilities: - Works with the Board and staff to ensure ongoing program excellence, strategic planning for success, expansion and execution of our mission. - Is responsible for fiscal management, operating within the approved budget, ensure maximum resource utilization and maintenance of the organization in a positive financial position. - Is responsible for fundraising and developing other resources necessary to support PASS' mission, through partnerships building and establishing of relationships with donors. - Manage daily operations of the organization including supervising staff and volunteers, insuring appropriate compliance to all local and federal laws/requirements, and ensure policies are carried out. - Responsible for hiring and retention of competent, qualified staff. - Actively engage and energize staff, volunteers, board member, and donors. Professional Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience. Concrete demonstrable experience and other qualifications include: - Strong, written and verbal communication skills: a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, delegate tasks, set and achieve strategic objectives and manage a budget. - Unwavering commitment to being the "hands and feet" of Christ.
