Apply for This Job Worship Arts Pastor Palma Ceia Baptist Church Tampa, FL Posted: July 23, 2014     Job Information: Palma Ceia Church is seeking a part time Contemporary Worship Arts Pastor to guide our congregation in expressing its love for God through contemporary and modern worship. I am looking for a Lead Worshipper rather than a worship leader. This person will worship and lead others to enter into worship using modern/contemporary praise and worship music along with an updated hymn arrangement now and then. :) We currently have an accoustic/electric guitarist and a piano/keyboardist on our Worship Team. I am also seeking to hire a drummer and bass guitarist to round out a foundational Worship Arts Team. Our goal is to enter into a transformational worship experience for both worship team and congregation. This is currently a part-time or bi-vocational position (as is my pastorate at this time). My desire and vision is that PCBC becomes a life-house of hope for South Tampa This is a place of worship where everyone is welcome regardless of religious background or current lifestyle. A place where all seekers and searchers and Believer's are welcomed to learn of and grow in the genuine, absolute love of God. Our motto is, "Come As You Are....We Do".
