Worth, is looking for a full-time Student Minister. Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of ministry experience with a proven track record for leading a vibrant student ministry in a local church. We are looking for the person who loves students, and has a passion for helping them become full committed followers of Christ. They must be able to identify, recruit, train and empower people (students and adults) to reach students for Christ. Candidate must be a gifted speaker and teacher, a capable leader, a strategic thinker, a collaborative teammate and a creative individual, who is able to develop the right environment for spiritual growth, and who feels comfortable in both traditional and contemporary settings.
