This full time position is open to either ordained clergy or qualified laypersons. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision for children, youth and adult ministries in support of the church's mission and for creating robust small group ministries. Duties include supervising staff and implementing a comprehensive program that oversees the discipleship process of children, youth, adults and families. The incumbent will recruit, train, and supervise volunteer teachers and youth workers, create seasonal events, retreats, and workshops, and create and resource a full compliment of Christian Educational opportunities for a growing congregation.
