Provide musical and spiritual leadership and enhance worship services through use of audio, visual, and lighting technologies. Must possess musical and leadership talents that are clearly visible and easily demonstrated both as a vocalist and instrumentalist. Serve as principal musician and worship leader for weekly worship services and other events. Videos should be submitted with resume. Possess musical and leadership talents both as a vocalist and instrumentalist. Recruit new members for choir and praise teams and other special groups. Recruit, train and schedule volunteers for audio, visual and lighting for all worship services and special events. Must have advanced knowledge of audio, visual, computer, lighting equipment as well as skills in audio and visual production. Provide leadership for Creative Worship themes. Selecting music and media art of various styles to enhance worship. Provide smooth transitions between worship elements both through the spoken word and music. Strong organizational and planning skills are needed.
