We are looking for a pastor who is passionate about sharing Christ’s love in word and deed. It is our desire to call a pastor that will model what it looks like to engage our culture and equip our members with the necessary tools to reach our community. If you are an outgoing and relationally focused person then maybe CCCDC is a place where you can use your gifts. If you have a heart for sharing God’s love with those outside the walls of the church then you will fit in the context of our ministry. Our next pastor will serve CCCDC by providing leadership, teaching, caring, and vision to ensure the spiritual health and growth of our English Congregation. Most importantly, this pastor will demonstrate a servant’s heart with the ability to balance leadership, humility, and grace.
