This pastor will develop a robust middle and high school ministry that seeks to make and mature disciples among students and families. This pastor will also provide leadership to young adult and children's ministries.
About FirstNSB - A Family Church:We are an evangelical, SBC church located on the East Coast of Florida whose mission is to reach our community and beyond for Christ. Our discipleship strategy is to Gather for worship, Group for discipleship, Give to support the mission of the church, and Go as everyday disciples (4Gs). Our hope is that through this strategy we will both make and mature followers of Jesus Christ.
Job Qualifications:Candidates for this position should demonstrate excellent leadership in the area of next generation ministry as well as exemplary character. A seminary degree and at least two years of ministry experience is preferred, though not required. Contact Information:Organization Name:
