Good Godly leadership will cofirm your call & help train & equip you. But not control you. This is a major problem in mostly all denominations. Look for a Godly leader with a servant's heart. That is the one who has the churchs' & your best interest at heart.Remember work out your own salvation with fear & trembling for it is GOD who works IN YOU both to will & to do of HIS GOOD PLEASURE.
