There is a constant wrangling for control. I am not the leader of the worship team, I believe that God has given me the ministry to worship in the dance. I just have had someone on the worship team say God isn't first in their heart and they refuse to deal with this. Please don't say go to my pastor he doesn't handle conflict well and takes it as a personal affront. I have had to speak to him about a few things, one concerns this person on the worship team. To be perfectly honest there is no unity on the worship team. I just know if the idiosyncrasies (sin)of the worship team is dealt with something amazing will transpire. I have personally talked with most of the worship team, and they say things like be careful another member on the team is a cancerous tumor, be careful this person will stab you in the back. I don't think I need to go on. It's just that something is awfully wrong. I have tried to bring it up to the pastor and he get's angry. Heck for almost two months he wouldn't speak to me. I have since just been praying for God's hand to move in this situation. I want to leave, but God has not released us to leave yet. I usually run in situations like this. I did get confirmation from the Lord that He is doing a work in my life and to stand. Just wondering Just concerned
