Message:Jackie, It is not good that you must be bound by those who do not believe that women can hold leadership positions. That is a very old-school way of thinking. You cannot have two heads of a ministry. I was caught in a simular situation. But I had to come to terms with the fact that I was called to be a worship leader (leader in every since of the word) and that I would wait until God sent me to a place that I could fulfill that call to it's fullest. I am now a full-time (salary) Worship Pastor. My Pastor gives me full authority over the Creative Ministries of our church. I will be praying that you find a church that will look past the traditional midsets that try to keep women under the oppression of men who are totally missing the Word of God when it comes to women in leadership. If people would rightly divide the Word, they would see that there are many references to women in leadership positions in God's Word. Be Blessed!Pastor Denah Spartanburg, SC
