Can any of you shed some light on which denominations are more accepting of women as a leader in music ministry?

I've been struggling and praying though this battle of feeling called to this type of ministry but not having it supported in my "native" denomination.

After spending a lot of time questioning the call...thinking that if the call were correct then my church would support it...now I'm acknowledging the possiblity that maybe the call is right and the type of church I'm going to is wrong.
