CrystalI feel your dilemna I was in the same situation a few months ago and it was definitely a challenge. Fortunately, the Lord lead me to a new church (out of state mind you :-)) because of the vision He presented to me would not be accepted or implemented in the church I was in no matter how much information, follow-through or guidance I gave.
Be encouraged though, continue to pray, but voice your concerns and be prepared for opposition. If I may, I'd suggest you pray for God to help you put your concerns and possible solutions on paper ask Him to help you and inspire you, things always look different on paper.
Keep in mind, there will be some who want direction and input and there will be others who don't. God apparently has placed this on your heart and he will give you the words, strength, and guidance from inside and outside sources to make your communion with Him in worship what he wants it to be individually and corporately which is to WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
