If you are seeing these things it is also possible that God is calling you to bring order and knowledge to the team. The best way to make change is to intercede and not think too highly of yourself, but speak the truth in love. This is the primary reason that schools of worship have developed to inform those that are involved in the Ministry of Worship. The difference between a worshiper and a non-worshiper is a revelation of God. Pray that God will reveal Himself to the whole team. Blessings on you!
