great questions.I believe that God is revealing these things to you not only for your own awareness, but quite possibly for the benefit of the Music Minister as well.
You are correct, the choir, band, worship leaders etc. should be on the same page. That is not to say that they all need to be on the same level spritually. This will often vary in a large group.
Look at it like a battle (that's what it is). When an army goes into battle, how effective will they be if they are not united, or if every single person is not clear on their role?
I suggest that you pray for clear direction on this issue, and ask God if you are to bring this issue to the Music Minister. If so, do it in love.
Sounds like there may be some other issues going on (i.e. lack of prayer preparation, music rehearsals, etc). It's good to notice these things. I affirm you that all of these things are very important.
