Message:THANK YOU for the article and for helping to clarify what I knew in my heart -- the scripture wasn't necessarily referring to the actual garments but to the spirit behind what is worn. I certainly am one for modesty and making sure the skirts are long enough and the necklines high enough to not cause excessive issues. But I also know that there are times when my pants may be more modest (in terms of reducing "distractions")than some skirt or dress I can find. Thanks again. I feel very freed up as a leader to make sure we're applying scripture like the one in Deuteronomy accurately and not propagating bondage.
