I know this reply is already a year too late, but I have just recently been called into the ministry. This email will probably be more like asking for encouragement than it is giving you some. But I'm sure you are doing an excellent job as a Worship Leader. I couldn't help but agree with you on so many points you stated in your letter. When I was told that I was going to be the Worship Leader, I was so scared. I wasn't excited at all. I was a backup singer with no knowledge as to playing any instrument plus I couldn't even read chords. Why me then? I have no idea. I've lead worship for the last 2 sundays and everytime I get butterflies and feel so nauseated. My constant prayer is for confirmation. Am I really worthy to be in such a holy position? I'm sure you felt the same way before. But how did you get past that? I would really like to hear from your experience. Thank you.
