I can relate to your situation. The other singers on mics
at the front would help. Also keep mostly familiar songs
& each week introduce only one new song. That way people are
more likely to flow with you. Jesus knew what he meant when He
said you can't put new wine in old wine skins....Change has to be gradual but solid.Lead them with love & confidence & they will follow. God Bless, Deborah...

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
