Re: Mic's for Recording
I purchased an AKG C2000 B for my project studio (PC based with SONAR and ST Audio DSP2000 sound card). I really like it. Of course, I don't have anything to compare it to in a studio setting, but compared to many stage mics I've used it is very nice. I did read several reviews prior to purchasing the mic and they all spoke highly of this mic. I was able to pick it up for $200 online. If that's too much, check out the Audio Technica AT873R for under $170. It's a condenser mic I've used through the years for live applications. I've used them for just about everything and never been disappointed.http://www.akg-acoustics.com/english/microphones/c2000b.htmhttp://www.audiotechnica.com/prodpro/profiles/AT873R.htmlAll the best,Craig
