Re: Learning Ground for laypeople
Cindy,I am working with a group of professionals, who are currently in service throughout the country, to develop a layperson training program. Our vision is to provide technical training resources balanced with the sprititual needs of a minstry within the church. This includes praying for the arts, learning to mix under the annointing, etc. The technical staff should function with as much priority and importance as any lifegroup or bible study. Next month EXW will introduce the first in a series of videotapes which are designed to equip the layperson with the basic knowledge to operate the mixing console. Future plans include a book and CD Rom as well as online courses of study. And...eventually we will host regional workshops to offer hands on training in the church environment.Meanwhile, I would be happy to consult with you personally offline and/or refer you to additonal resources in your area. Please feel free to email me directly.By His Grace,Leon
