Re: How Loud is to Loud?
Greetings, For our am service with contemp worship, choir, orch, rhythm, praise team etc in a 3000 seat room peaking around 90db or so a weighted on digital db meter. Much louder than that complaints start. Pastor runs around 70 db before he sounds too loud during sermons. PM service is a bit less than am with fewer people in room, no orch, rhythm only and praise team. You may also want to check out www.churchsoundcheck.com. It's lots more active.Hope this helps.David SumrallTwo Rivers BaptistSpectrum SoundNashville TNDavidS@SpectrumSound.netwww.SpectrumSound.net
