Message:
We certainly don't mean to disrupt the ongoing EXW Sound & Video forum, or promote an univited business, but we were urged to post this note to this forum by people who attended our sound workshops. Based on the questions we have seen on the forum, it appears that we can be of service to those who want to learn more about church sound. For those who feel they can benefit from our audio workshops simply go to www.howtosound.com for more on our tour schedule.... We welcome inquiries from churches anywhere in the USA that want to host an audio workshop.

HOW-To Church Audio Workshops™ on the Move…

Fits & Starts Productions, LLC, the leading producer of audio workshops in the USA, continues its series of HOW-To Church Sound Workshops™ this December 2004 through January 2005. The workshops are dedicated to training church sound volunteers in live sound techniques and technology, offering hands-on training to church sound volunteers.

Featuring audio engineer-author Mike Sokol, and produced by industry stalwart Hector La Torre, the workshops offer two days of audio instruction — a “Basic” 3-hour workshop on Friday evening from 6 PM-9 PM and an “Intermediate” workshop Saturday from 9 AM-6 PM. Fee for the 3-hour workshop Friday evening is $59.00 prior to day of workshop; $79.00 on day of workshop. Fee for 8-hour workshop Saturday is $119 prior to day of workshop; $139 on day of workshop. Fee for both workshops (both Friday and Saturday) is $159 prior to day of workshop; $179 on day of workshop.

The nationally-recognized series will continue to travel across the USA in 2004-2005. The latest tour travels to four states (see below), and interested sound volunteers, music ministers and others may register at their local sites. More information can be found at www.howtosound.com.

Experiencing Worship, The Study
Used by churches all over the world to help teach worship, the Experiencing Worship study can help your worship team too. Your team will learn why we worship and gain a better understanding of how to worship. One user said..."Your 5 week study course has made a tremendous impact on my life in the study of worship... I would like to express my thanks for a well written study course that leads into a higher realm of praise and worship."
