Including in that is new sound/audio packet, which we are in need. Now how do you as music minister try to point out that the proposal that the senior pastor has obtained without my input is way off. All I feel is that he should be open to other bids and the lowest bid with like kind or compariable equipment should be the one we choosen but the senior pastor becames defensive? Help!
