Re: Any advice on these 2 wireless mic's
Message:We have had several NADY VHF mics in use in our worship services for about 4 years now. We have some that work well, and some that don't. We have found that they tend to pickup up signals on unintended receivers. For instance we have A,D,P,R,E,F mics (NADY's designation in which each relates to a frequency number.) In our situation P & E work great. D works well most of the time. F works well if E is not in use--otherwise the signal bleeds from F to the E receiver. A year and a half ago I found a Peavey PCX-U12 UHF mic at a used equip sale and it has been our best mic. (We paid $200 for it which was better than half off the then current going price). We also picked up some Audio Technica freeway model wireless mics (UHF), but have been very disappointed with them. Anybody out there have a good experience with them? Bottom line...You get what you pay for.
