Is it a salary? Per hour? Per Service? I am trying to get some type of a benchmark for what that might be. The position that this person is being considered for is full time head of the Audio Video department. They would be in charge of maintenance, power point presentations, hiring an associate and an assistant and would see to it that all of the needs are met for sundays as well as special events. What can you tell me?
