If I understand your scenario, you are using a line level circuit between the console area and to integrated crossover / power amplifier / speakers (aka powered speakers). Often long cable runs tend to become antennas for RF.

Mute all your inputs. If the RF goes away when any source is muted, that is the source of the problem. If the RF does not go away when all your inputs are muted, try terminating the long cable connection between the console (or dbx device) output and powered speakers with a 600 ohm (or thereabouts) resistor. The resistor should bridge pins 2 and 3 of the XLR connector at the stage end. This action will convert your existing transmission circuit to a 600-ohm low impedance circuit. Many acoustical consultants terminate to 600 ohms as a design practice. You will notice a level change, which should be compensated by raising the gain (volume) on the power amplifier as required.

Also, you could employ isolation transformers between console area and power amplifier. Available 1:1 isolation transformers may be purchased from Peavey (www.peavey.com), ProCo (www.procosound), and Op Amp Labs (www.opamplabs). Again, many consultants install transformers as a design practice.
