When there is a need for additional help in the sound department, what/who helps decide the right canidate? And what kind of teaching is made available for the average lay person to be able to grasp the technical aspect along with keeping the proper perspective needed in a church setting? Also, if there is a cost element, who is expected to cover the cost?
