Message:This is relatively easy to do in XP. Start by pulling up the Display Properties (right click on open spot on desktop) and hit the Desktop tab. Over on the side there is a "Browse" button. Press this and another file window comes up. Use the LOOK IN box at the top and point it towards the correct folder. Be sure to change the file type down at the bottom so that regular pic files can be recognized. Then just click on the pic you want and hit the OPEN button.
