Message:Does anyone have any experience with software that will allow me to compose from a guitar? I am looking to score some of my compositions, but my primary instrument is guitar (no snickering from the keyboard players please). I have some pretty pathetic keyboard skills (just enough to be embarassing).I've played MIDI equipped guitars before, and they do seem to track well, even on legatto fingerings. I do a lot of finger-style guitar, but wonder how that would track and compose. I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give me, other than advising me to take keyboard lessons, my wife has already covered that ground. Thanks in advance for taking the time to respond. God Bless you.
