Message:I don't play by reading music so I don't really know how it feels like.
There is a number of things you can do. For example once a song is over, you can keep playing the same progression just as if you were playing an instrumental version.
Another thing, like the other person said is you can learn various progressions so that once a song is over you don't stop there. But there really is no formula for this. You have to do some of your own progressions according to the mood of worship. Here try this one that I like to use:In Key of C:
